Fundamental to the life of the church in any culture or language throughout history has been access to the Scriptures in the mother tongue. All attempts at theology and doctrine by the Church are curtailed without this. The Cabécar New Testament was finished and published in 2014.
We are in the final revision of the translation of the Pentateuch and Joshua (Hexateuch) in hopes of typesetting it and re-publishing the Cabécar New Testament with a partial Old Testament in 2021. Drafting Isaiah, 1st and 2nd Chronicles and Ester are ongoing projects as well.
